Job Summary
Providing overnight inpatient psychiatric call coverage, the full-time Tennessee Licensed Psychiatric APP will collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver high-quality psychiatric care in a fully remote setting on a 7 on/7 off schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Provide overnight psychiatric call coverage for inpatient behavioral health services
- Complete psychiatric evaluations and consultations using secure telepsychiatry technology
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, hospital staff, and behavioral health teams to support patient care continuity
Required qualifications
- Master's or Doctorate from an accredited Advanced Practice Nursing or Physician Assistant program
- Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) or Physician Assistant with psychiatric experience
- Active or eligible for state licensure in applicable states
- DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
- Inpatient psychiatry or consult liaison experience preferred
