Job Summary
Offering peer support and guidance, the full-time Tennessee Licensed Recovery Coach will manage a caseload of members remotely, helping them navigate their recovery journey through personalized plans and regular check-ins.
Key responsibilities
- Provide peer support via text and video, ensuring a human presence for members during their recovery
- Monitor toxicology and breathalyzer tests over video, collaborating with clinical teams to maintain alignment
- Build and track personalized relapse prevention plans while conducting weekly progress reviews
Required qualifications
- Must have at least 3 years of continuous sobriety and be open about lived recovery experience
- Hold a Peer Recovery Support Specialist credential in the state of Tennessee
- Experience in roles such as case manager, counselor, or sponsor is preferred
- Comfortable using apps and video calls, with a willingness to learn new technology
- Strong communication skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
