Job Summary
To ensure a world-class patient experience, the full-time Tennessee Licensed Referral Trainer will design and facilitate technical (EPIC) and soft-skill training for adult learners while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Design and deliver technical and soft-skill training for Referral Coordinators to enhance patient care
- Collaborate with Operations and Support departments to provide ongoing education and support for staff
- Apply adult learning principles to improve curriculum and develop effective training materials
Required qualifications
- Associate degree
- 2+ years of healthcare work experience, particularly in hospital patient accounting and clinical software
- Required Epic training certification
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and healthcare financial software
- Bachelor's degree preferred
