Job Summary

A company is looking for a Registered Nurse Transfer Center.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with nursing staff and multidisciplinary team members to place patients in appropriate levels of care
• Coordinate as a liaison between physician requestors and specialty consultants
• Maintain standards for documentation and communications with physician/service referrals

Required Qualifications

• Registered Nurse licensure required prior to hire or job transfer date
• BLS Provider certification preferred
• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing or required professional licensure at time of hire
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
• 3+ years of bedside nursing experience and 2+ years in Critical Care, ICU, or Emergency Department experience preferred
