Job Summary

To support patient care in orthopaedics, a part-time Tennessee Licensed Registered Nurse will apply the nursing process to plan and implement care, communicate with the healthcare team, and evaluate patient progress remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborates in establishing and coordinating the plan of care while anticipating patient needs
• Analyzes patient information to determine nursing diagnoses and evaluates progress towards goals
• Utilizes the nursing process to implement appropriate interventions for effective patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Current Tennessee Licensure as a Registered Nurse
• Graduate of an approved discipline-specific nursing program
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience
• Ability to engage in evidence-based practice and patient education
• Experience in nursing patient assessment and evaluation
