Job Summary

To support healthcare operations, the full-time Tennessee Licensed Regulatory Counsel will identify legal risks, manage complex legal matters, and provide compliance counsel remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Provide risk assessments and counsel on compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations
• Assist business development and operations teams in resolving regulatory matters
• Monitor changes in regulatory areas and educate personnel on compliance updates

Required qualifications

• Juris Doctorate Law degree
• 5-7 years of experience as a regulatory counsel
• Active Attorney license from the Board of Professional Responsibility
• Thorough knowledge of federal and state laws affecting healthcare organizations
• Ability to draft and review complex legal documents and contracts
