Tennessee Licensed RN Case Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Case Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Support utilization management functions for complex and non-routine cases
• Serve as a liaison between members, providers, and internal/external customers for health care delivery and benefits coordination
• Oversee complex cases to ensure effective implementation of interventions and efficient utilization of benefits

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Tennessee or a participating Nurse Licensure Compact state
• 3 years of clinical experience required
• 5 years of experience in the health care industry
• 2 years of experience in IDD for Select Community (if applicable)
• Basic PC skills required (Microsoft Office and Email)
