Job Summary

Tennessee Licensed RN Case Manager, this full-time remote position involves providing comprehensive, member-centered care for individuals with complex and chronic healthcare needs through a proactive, advocacy-driven approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Support utilization management functions for complex and non-routine cases
• Act as a liaison between members, providers, and customers to coordinate healthcare delivery
• Oversee complex cases to ensure effective implementation of interventions and efficient utilization of benefits

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Tennessee or a participating Nurse Licensure Compact state
• 3 years of clinical experience required
• 5 years of experience in the healthcare industry
• 2 years of experience in IDD for Select Community roles, if applicable
• Basic PC skills, including Microsoft Office and email proficiency
