Job Summary

Utilizing evidence-based tools to evaluate prescribed medications, the full-time Tennessee Licensed RN Pharmacy will manage patient safety and quality standards while working remotely, with a schedule of Monday through Friday from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM CST after initial training.

Key responsibilities

• Perform clinical assessments and evaluate patient drug usage and physician prescribing patterns
• Negotiate appropriate levels of care and changes in pharmacy plans with providers
• Act as a resource for clients, nursing staff, and claims examiners regarding pharmacy issues

Required qualifications

• Active unrestricted RN license in a state or territory of the United States
• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) preferred or equivalent work experience
• Certification in case management, pharmacy, rehabilitation nursing, or a related specialty is highly preferred
• Four years of related experience, including two years of direct clinical care or case management/utilization management
