Tennessee Licensed RN Utilization Review

Job Summary

To provide timely, evidence-based utilization review services, the full-time Tennessee Licensed RN Utilization Review will perform clinical assessments, evaluate treatment needs, and collaborate with various stakeholders in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct clinical assessments and evaluate the treatment utilization and compliance of injured employees
• Collaborate with physicians, claims examiners, and clients to negotiate appropriate levels of care
• Perform treatment utilization management reviews while maintaining client privacy and adhering to regulatory standards

Required qualifications

• Active unrestricted RN license in a state or territory of the United States; compact licensure preferred
• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) or equivalent work experience preferred
• Certification in case management, pharmacy, rehabilitation nursing, or a related specialty is highly preferred
• Two (2) years of direct clinical experience as an RN is required
