Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Sales Executive responsible for developing new business opportunities and closing sales to meet revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, prospect, and close new business through existing relationships and networking
  • Collaborate with the sales leadership team to nurture and cultivate prospects
  • Manage sales pipeline and activities using the company database
Required Qualifications, Training and Education
  • 7+ years of group sales experience required; 10+ years preferred
  • Proven track record in the top 20% of prior sales organizations
  • Extensive knowledge of ancillary benefits products is required
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Insurance License is required
