Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and close new business through existing relationships and networking
- Collaborate with the sales leadership team to nurture and cultivate prospects
- Manage sales pipeline and activities using the company database
Required Qualifications, Training and Education
- 7+ years of group sales experience required; 10+ years preferred
- Proven track record in the top 20% of prior sales organizations
- Extensive knowledge of ancillary benefits products is required
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
- Insurance License is required
