Job Summary

A company is looking for a Small Group Sales Executive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Track sales activities, quote prices, prepare proposals, and submit required information for group setup
  • Prospect new business by contacting brokers and detailing group products and services
  • Present insurance products to brokers and implement strategies for relationship building and business development
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience (4 years in a corporate environment)
  • 2 years of customer experience in group service and/or account management
  • State of Tennessee Insurance License required or must be obtained within six months of hire
  • Demonstrated knowledge of contracts, products, networks, and underwriting
  • Proven ability to manage broker relationships through needs assessment and negotiation
