Job Summary
A company is looking for a Small Group Sales Executive.
Key Responsibilities
- Track sales activities, quote prices, prepare proposals, and submit required information for group setup
- Prospect new business by contacting brokers and detailing group products and services
- Present insurance products to brokers and implement strategies for relationship building and business development
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience (4 years in a corporate environment)
- 2 years of customer experience in group service and/or account management
- State of Tennessee Insurance License required or must be obtained within six months of hire
- Demonstrated knowledge of contracts, products, networks, and underwriting
- Proven ability to manage broker relationships through needs assessment and negotiation
