Job Summary
To drive sales initiatives in Tennessee, the full-time Tennessee Licensed Sales Representative will build and maintain relationships with brokers and agents, focusing on selling Dental, Vision, and Hearing employee benefit products in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain business relationships to meet or exceed sales goals within the assigned territory
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure proper processing of sold products from sale to issuance
- Identify and procure new customer sales opportunities in partnership with brokers and manage existing client relationships
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- State Health/Life License required, or must obtain within 6 months of hire
- Ability to learn the insurance/financial services industry and demonstrate leadership presence
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and collaboration skills
- Highly motivated self-starter with strong time management and project management abilities
