Job Summary
Building and maintaining strong business relationships, the full-time Tennessee Licensed Sales Representative will focus on selling Dental, Vision, and Hearing employee benefit products remotely while meeting or exceeding sales goals within the assigned territory.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with brokers and agents to achieve sales targets
- Support new sales initiatives and manage existing client relationships to identify sales opportunities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure proper processing of sold products from sale to issuance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- State Health/Life License required, or must obtain within 6 months of hire
- Ability to learn the insurance/financial services industry and demonstrate leadership presence
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- Highly motivated self-starter with strong organizational and project management abilities
