Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare practice, the full-time Tennessee Licensed Scheduler will provide exceptional patient experiences, manage scheduling tasks, and ensure compliance with regulations while working remotely during day shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Identifies and resolves patient needs to deliver a world-class experience while adhering to policies and regulations
• Safeguards patient information by complying with HIPAA guidelines and maintaining security protocols
• Ensures efficient patient interactions by managing Average Handling Time and maintaining high productivity levels

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Knowledge of standard office procedures and equipment
• Ability to adhere to policies and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety
• Strong attendance record and punctuality
