Job Summary
A company is looking for a Tennessee Licensed School Speech Language Pathologist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language disorders, evaluating students' strengths and areas for growth
- Design and utilize personalized therapy plans tailored to students' unique needs, targeting speech, language, and communication goals
- Utilize an online platform to engage students in interactive and engaging therapy sessions, employing creative techniques and resources
Required Qualifications:
- Valid certification as a Speech Language Pathologist
- Current state licensure in TN as an SLP (or ability to obtain appropriate licensure)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an SLP with experience in a school setting
- Comfort and proficiency in using technology and online therapy platforms to deliver virtual services
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently to meet deadlines and achieve therapy goals
