Job Summary

To support a growing recruitment team, the full-time Tennessee Licensed Search Consultant will manage the sourcing, screening, and interviewing of candidates for direct hire positions while working remotely with occasional travel within Tennessee.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead client intake calls to identify needs and develop a recruiting plan for sourcing talent
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates while managing a consistent flow of candidates
  • Implement business development strategies to generate new opportunities and ensure client satisfaction
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or 2-4 years of relevant business experience
  • Must reside in Tennessee and be able to travel 5-10% of the time
  • Experience in recruitment within Light Industrial, Manufacturing, Field Services, Maintenance, and Logistics sectors
  • Ability to maintain compliance with legal and company standards in recruitment processes
  • Strong understanding of client needs and the ability to negotiate terms effectively
