Tennessee Licensed Senior Corporate Accountant

Job Summary

To support a specialized corporate role in healthcare, the fully remote Senior Corporate Accountant will manage regulatory reimbursement and revenue analysis, focusing on net revenue recognition, accounts receivable valuation, and compliance for hospitals.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct specialized monthly reviews of net revenue, cost report reserves, and accounts receivable valuations for a portfolio of hospitals
• Prepare and manage annual Medicare and Medicaid cost reports, audits, and appeals while identifying reimbursement opportunities
• Provide high-level operational feedback and financial insights to executive management, maintaining quarterly touchpoints with CFOs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required
• 1+ years of recent accounting/auditing experience with a CPA firm required (minimum of 2 busy seasons)
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required
