Key responsibilities
- Serve as the principal legal advisor on federal and state healthcare laws
- Manage legal aspects of audits and investigations, coordinating responses to regulatory agencies
- Draft and review policies addressing regulatory requirements and conduct regulatory training
Required qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- 10 years of experience practicing healthcare regulatory law
- 5 years of equivalent experience in healthcare
- Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- Significant experience advising healthcare organizations on regulatory compliance
