Job Summary

A company is looking for a Temporary Senior Legal Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare full subpoena response packages and assist with document requests
• Support policy updates and assist attorneys with investigations and corrective actions
• Perform contract drafting and maintain agreements in the contract lifecycle system

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Health Care Administration, Paralegal Studies, or related field
• 4+ years of legal assistant or paralegal experience, or Juris Doctorate with 1+ years of experience
• Experience in an academic or healthcare setting preferred
• Proven performance in earlier legal roles
• Strong knowledge of legal operations policies and procedures
