Tennessee Licensed Senior Staff Accountant
Job Summary
Supporting Hospital Contract Services, the full-time Tennessee Licensed Senior Staff Accountant will manage complex accounting, financial analysis, and contract administration activities while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead month-end close responsibilities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial analysis
- Calculate and manage contract billing for Acute Rehabilitation Unit programs and maintain client and contract master data
- Prepare and analyze complex balance sheet reconciliations and support financial reporting for operational results
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Five or more years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in healthcare or contract services
- Experience with month-end close, account reconciliations, and financial analysis
- Strong understanding of GAAP and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Familiarity with Oracle, SAP, or another ERP system preferred
