Key Responsibilities

• Enters SIU claim data information into multiple SIU systems
• Reviews investigations with fraud outcomes to validate whether denial is appropriate
• Updates files with investigation outcomes, including cases with no fraud identified

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience in SIU insurance investigations or related field
• Ability to conduct thorough investigations, including background searches and scene inspections
• Experience in analyzing medical notes, bills, and property damage
• Capability to conduct surveillance and create scene reconstructions
• Experience mentoring and providing guidance to less senior employees
