Job Summary
Offering a full-time remote opportunity, the Tennessee Licensed Specialty Pharmacist will provide consultative services, evaluate medication usage, and ensure compliance with safety standards while promoting the safe and appropriate use of medications for patient care.
Key responsibilities
- Provides clinical expertise and consultative services to improve medication usage and therapeutic outcomes
- Processes orders and prescriptions for medications and pharmaceutical supplies as directed by healthcare providers
- Advises on safe medication administration and ensures compliance with regulatory and quality standards
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy is required
- Tennessee Pharmacist license from the Tennessee Board of Pharmacy is required
- Doctorate in Pharmacy is preferred
- Prior work experience is preferred but not required
- Mississippi Pharmacist license is preferred
