Job Summary
To support financial accuracy across multiple entities, the full-time Tennessee Licensed Staff Accountant will manage monthly balance sheet account reconciliations, review account activity for variances, and collaborate with site CFOs and technical accounting teams in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the monthly balance sheet account reconciliation process for multiple entities
- Review account activity, identify variances, and ensure timely resolutions
- Support quarterly reviews and annual audits by providing necessary documentation
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Strong understanding of GAAP and internal control principles
- Experience in account reconciliations and variance analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with familiarity in Oracle systems preferred
