Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Attorney - Sr Attorney (Multi-level).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel and advice to the corporation and its subsidiaries
• Ensure effective operation in accordance with federal, state, and local laws
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Juris doctorate degree from an ABA accredited law school and admission to the bar
• Two (2) years of experience relevant to area of legal specialization
• Demonstrated competency in legal practices
• Superior academic record
• Experience with eDiscovery rules and legal holds
