Job Summary
To support a growing treatment practice, the full-time Tennessee Licensed Staff Provider will facilitate rapid-access intakes and provide enhanced medical support through telemedicine, ensuring member safety and engagement during early recovery stages.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct intake medical duties and prescribe medications as needed, ensuring compliance with clinical policies
- Maintain a panel of maintenance members, providing ongoing care and regular follow-ups via telemedicine
- Complete all medical documentation accurately and timely, while collaborating with colleagues to transition care for new members
Required qualifications
- Active state license as a Physician, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant in good standing
- At least 1 year of experience managing opioid use disorder with buprenorphine
- Experience working in a team-based care setting with behavioral health providers
- Willingness to obtain licensure in multiple states and become credentialed with health plans
- Access to reliable internet and telephone services for telemedicine support
