Job Summary

To support a growing claims team, the fully remote Tennessee Licensed Supplement Writer will create and audit comprehensive estimates of damages for material damage claims while providing training and technical assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Create or audit estimates of damages on 1st and 3rd party material damage losses of varying severities
• Negotiate settlements, make settlement payments, and document activities across complex files
• Evaluate settlement alternatives to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and fair claims practices

Required qualifications

• Strong proficiency in estimate writing and claims management
• Deep understanding of various insurance policy types
• Experience in negotiating settlements and managing complex claims files
• Ability to build relationships with internal and external customers
• Located within the Eastern Time Zone (EST)
