Tennessee Licensed Tax Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Temporary Tax Director, Direct Tax.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead quarterly and annual ASC 740 income tax provision processes and manage deferred taxes
• Ensure compliance with U.S. and international income tax regulations and maintain accurate documentation
• Identify strategic tax planning opportunities and collaborate with various teams to align tax strategy with business priorities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Master's in Tax or JD/LLM preferred
• CPA preferred
• 10+ years of experience in U.S. federal, state, and international income tax
• Strong technical expertise in ASC 740 and international tax compliance
• Experience in fast-paced environments, preferably in eCommerce or digital retail
