Job Summary

Offering a flexible part-time or interim role, the Tennessee Licensed Tech Attorney will provide consulting services related to technology, AI, and data privacy law, including client counseling on regulatory requirements and contract negotiations, while working in a hybrid or on-site capacity in the Nashville Metro Area.

Key responsibilities
  • Counsel clients on federal and state regulatory requirements, including CCPA/CPRA and GDPR
  • Review and negotiate technology and SaaS/cloud agreements, as well as commercial contracts
  • Advise clients during internal investigations and respond to regulatory inquiries
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in corporate technology, AI, or data privacy law
  • Prior experience in a large full-service law firm or in-house legal department is preferred
  • Licensed to practice law in Tennessee
  • Excellent academic credentials from an ABA-accredited law school
  • Outstanding professional references
