Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telehealth Mental Health Provider in Tennessee.

Key Responsibilities

• Discuss and review patients' medical history, symptoms, allergies, and current medications
• Prescribe medications and formulate treatment plans for conditions such as ADHD, Insomnia, Depression, and Anxiety
• Maintain accurate records of patients' medical information and treatment progress

Required Qualifications

• Must be a Physician
• Must have at least 2 years of clinical experience with prescribing controlled substances
• Must possess a valid DEA and multi-state Medical Licenses
• Mental health experience of 2 years is required
• Mental health certification is preferred
