Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tennessee Licensed Therapist for a remote position in their Substance Use Disorder Program.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Provide individual counseling and group therapy for adolescents and adults
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and advocate for members' needs

Required Qualifications

• Licensed as LCSW, LMFT, or LPC in Tennessee
• Preferred experience with substance abuse populations
• Background in maternal substance abuse is preferred
• Experience working with adults and adolescents
• Familiarity with Medicare and Medicaid procedures
