Job Summary
Seeking a Tennessee Licensed Therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) for a full-time remote position in the Substance Use Disorder Program, responsible for conducting biopsychosocial assessments, providing individual and group therapy, and collaborating with healthcare providers to develop care plans for substance-exposed members.
Key responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, and implement individualized care strategies for members
- Conduct individual counseling and group therapy sessions with adolescents and adults
- Collaborate with members, families, and healthcare providers to develop and document care plans
Required qualifications:
- Active LCSW, LMFT, or LPC license in Tennessee
- Preferred experience working with substance abuse populations
- Background in maternal substance abuse is preferred
- Experience with both adults and adolescents
- Familiarity with Medicare and Medicaid procedures
