Job Summary
Seeking a Tennessee Licensed Therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) for a full-time remote position in the Substance Use Disorder Program, where the therapist will manage biopsychosocial assessments, provide individual and group therapy, and collaborate with healthcare providers to support substance-exposed members.
Key responsibilities
- Assess, plan, and implement individualized care strategies for members
- Conduct individual counseling and group therapy sessions for adolescents and adults
- Collaborate with members, families, and healthcare providers to develop personalized care plans
Required qualifications
- Licensed as LCSW, LMFT, or LPC in Tennessee
- Preferred experience working with substance abuse populations
- Background in maternal substance abuse is preferred
- Experience working with both adults and adolescents
- Familiarity with Medicare and Medicaid procedures
