Job Summary

Seeking a Tennessee Licensed Therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) for a full-time remote position in the Substance Use Disorder Program, where the therapist will manage biopsychosocial assessments, provide individual and group therapy, and collaborate with healthcare providers to support substance-exposed members.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement individualized care strategies for members
• Conduct individual counseling and group therapy sessions for adolescents and adults
• Collaborate with members, families, and healthcare providers to develop personalized care plans

Required qualifications

• Licensed as LCSW, LMFT, or LPC in Tennessee
• Preferred experience working with substance abuse populations
• Background in maternal substance abuse is preferred
• Experience working with both adults and adolescents
• Familiarity with Medicare and Medicaid procedures
