Job Summary

Seeking a Tennessee Licensed Therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) for a full-time remote position in the Substance Use Disorder Program, where the clinician will assess, plan, and implement individualized care strategies for substance-exposed members while collaborating with families and healthcare providers.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and provide individual and group therapy to adolescents and adults
• Collaborate with members, families, and healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Identify and initiate referrals for social service programs and advocate for members' needs within the healthcare team

Required qualifications

• Licensed as LCSW, LMFT, or LPC in Tennessee
• Preferred experience working with substance abuse populations
• Background in maternal and substance abuse is preferred
• Experience with both adult and adolescent clients
• Familiarity with Medicare and Medicaid procedures
