Job Summary
To support a growing Substance Use Disorder Program, a full-time Tennessee Licensed Therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) will provide remote individual and group therapy, conduct biopsychosocial assessments, and collaborate with healthcare providers to develop individualized care plans for substance-exposed members.
Key responsibilities
- Conducts individual counseling and group therapy with adolescents and adults
- Assesses, plans, and implements individualized care strategies for members
- Collaborates with members, families, and healthcare providers to develop and coordinate care plans
Required qualifications
- LCSW, LMFT, or LPC licensed in Tennessee
- Preferred experience with substance abuse populations
- Background in maternal substance abuse preferred
- Experience working with adults and adolescents
- Familiarity with Medicare and Medicaid procedures
