Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Tennessee Licensed Therapist to provide 100% remote outpatient therapy for lower to moderate acuity populations, with a focus on maintaining a consistent caseload and minimal administrative burden.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver outpatient therapy sessions, including 60-minute intakes and follow-ups
- Manage a consistent caseload with defined goals and clinical autonomy
- Collaborate with an in-house referral network and receive operational support for scheduling and billing
Required qualifications
- Independently licensed therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC or equivalent) with active, unrestricted licenses
- Minimum of two independent and active state licenses (excluding CA, NY, and MA)
- Experience in outpatient, community mental health, or structured clinical settings is highly desired
- Strong clinical judgment and independent decision-making skills
- Comfortable practicing in a fast-paced outpatient environment
