Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tennessee Commercial Title Examiner.

Key Responsibilities

• Compiles, investigates, and examines public and tax records to determine the legal condition of property titles
• Prepares accurate and comprehensive title commitments in accordance with company procedures

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Typically requires 2+ years of related work experience
• Ability to work under general supervision with limited ability to modify approach
• Individual contributor role with no supervisory responsibilities
• Understanding of how assigned duties relate to team integration
