Job Summary

A company is looking for a Transfer Center Specialist RN.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient admissions and transfers, ensuring timely and appropriate care
• Utilize clinical decision-making to facilitate patient flow and maintain accurate documentation
• Collaborate with various departments and provide education on admission and transfer processes

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with current RN licensure
• Preferred Associate's or Bachelor's degree in nursing
• Three years of clinical experience in an acute care setting, preferably in ED or Critical Care
• Must maintain current nursing licensure and complete continuing education requirements
• Ability to multitask and meet specific internet speed requirements for remote work
