Job Summary

A company is looking for a Transplant Coordinator responsible for coordinating logistics involved in liver and kidney organ offers.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinates the evaluation process of potential transplant candidates and/or living donors
• Educates patients and families about the transplant process and provides long-term care information
• Monitors patient progress and provides clinical management during post-transplantation and post living donation

Required Qualifications

• Registered Nurse licensure
• 2 years of relevant work experience
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Intermediate knowledge in transplant coordination and patient assessment
• Experience in nursing patient education
