Job Summary

Detail-oriented and experienced, the full-time remote Tennessee Licensed Trauma Registrar will manage the collection, abstraction, and entry of trauma patient data into the NTRACS Trauma Registry while ensuring compliance with state and national requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Abstract and enter trauma patient data into the trauma registry
• Review medical records for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with reporting standards
• Assign and validate ICD-10 codes and other required injury-related data elements

Required Qualifications:

• Experience with medical record review, data abstraction, and medical terminology
• Knowledge of ICD-10 coding and healthcare documentation standards
• Strong computer skills and attention to detail
