Job Summary
To support customer care operations, the full-time hourly Tennessee Licensed Universal Care Specialist will handle escalated customer inquiries, resolve issues, and coordinate care activities while maintaining compliance with established procedures.
Key responsibilities
- Resolve complex customer concerns via phone, mail, or email while providing advanced troubleshooting
- Document interactions and escalate cases as necessary to ensure efficient service delivery
- Collaborate with team members to recommend process improvements and enhance overall performance
Required qualifications
- High school diploma required; preference for candidates with 1 year or more of call center experience
- Previous experience in handling escalated customer issues is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and balance customer needs with business objectives
- Must have a strong performance rating and not be currently enrolled in any disciplinary actions
- Ability to acquire a home state Property & Casualty license with assistance provided by the company
