Job Summary
To support the growth of the Utilization Management department, the full-time Tennessee Licensed Utilization Manager will oversee team development, implement effective processes, and ensure operational excellence while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and align work goals with institutional and departmental objectives
- Monitor and coordinate programs for case certification, denial management, and performance standards
- Supervise staff performance, providing training and addressing trends for improvement
Required qualifications:
