Job Summary

A company is looking for a Utilization Review Clinical Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Train and develop utilization review staff
• Supervise a team of nurses to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of services
• Manage customer service functions and resolve service delivery issues

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Active unrestricted RN license in a state or territory of the United States required
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
• Six years of clinical practice experience, including two years of supervisory experience
• CPUR or other related designation preferred
• Strong knowledge of utilization review practices and the insurance industry
