Tennessee Licensed Utilization Review Nurse

Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare initiative, the full-time Tennessee Licensed Utilization Review Nurse will perform clinical assessments, evaluate treatment plans, and collaborate with healthcare professionals in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct clinical assessments and evaluate injured employees' treatment utilization and compliance
• Collaborate with physicians, claims examiners, and other stakeholders to negotiate care levels and ensure quality standards
• Perform treatment utilization management reviews while maintaining client privacy and adhering to ethical standards

Required qualifications

• Active unrestricted RN license in a state or territory of the United States; compact licensure preferred
• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience preferred
• Certification in case management, pharmacy, rehabilitation nursing, or a related specialty is highly preferred
• Two years of direct clinical experience as an RN is required
