Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the virtual nursing program to ensure service quality and patient safety
• Participate in virtual nursing tasks and support the development of workflows, policies, and standards
• Monitor program metrics, recruit staff, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing - RN
• Preferred: Master's Degree in Nursing - RN
• 3-5 years of general nursing or clinical practice experience
• Preferred: Progressive leadership experience
• Registered Nurse license in Tennessee
