Tennessee Licensed Vocational Consultant

Job Summary

To support absence operations, the full-time Tennessee Licensed Vocational Consultant will review and analyze vocational and medical information, collaborate with various stakeholders to facilitate return-to-work services, and deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Apply vocational knowledge to assess claim file information and provide balanced conclusions
• Communicate complex vocational issues effectively in collaboration with team members and external resources
• Develop and implement vocational rehabilitation and return-to-work plans through partnerships with employers, claimants, and healthcare providers

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in Vocational Rehabilitation or a related field
• Certification in rehabilitation counseling, disability management, or case management
• 3+ years of vocational experience preferred
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Commitment to maintaining professional certifications and staying updated on vocational trends
