Job Summary
To enhance patient-centered care, the full-time Tennessee Licensed Women's Health Dietitian will provide diabetes care and education through individual and group sessions, serving as the nutrition expert in the Cookeville office and surrounding areas while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Provide diabetes care and nutrition education through 1:1 and group sessions, both in-person and virtually
- Act as the office expert on nutrition support, leading training, talks, and support groups for staff and clients
- Manage administrative tasks, including responding to referrals, charting in the EHR, and collaborating with healthcare providers
Required qualifications
- RD/RDN certification
- Experience in diabetes care and education, ideally with CDCES certification
- Interest in women's health with 2+ years of relevant experience
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with electronic health records
- Preferred licensure in Tennessee and/or Florida
