Job Summary

Managing all aspects of workers' compensation claims related to indemnity benefits, the remote Tennessee Licensed Workers' Compensation Adjuster will investigate compensability, assess exposure, set reserves, and communicate with business partners while working on a temporary basis.

Key responsibilities

• Manage workers' compensation indemnity claims, ensuring thorough investigation of compensability
• Assess exposure levels accurately and establish appropriate reserves for each claim
• Oversee medical and indemnity benefits administration in accordance with policy guidelines

Required qualifications

• 3+ years recent loss time adjuster experience in workers' compensation claims
• Jurisdictional expertise in Tennessee workers' compensation law
• Experience handling claims in other Atlantic states (preferred)
• Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, and Microsoft Teams
• Knowledge of Tennessee workers' compensation indemnity processes
