Job Summary

A company is looking for a Field Services Representative (Part-Time).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to customers and address end-user and network escalations
• Respond promptly to emergency outages and monitor equipment alarms
• Coordinate client activities and maintain a schedule for onsite customer appointments

Required Qualifications and Education

• Experience with commercial-grade networking equipment
• Associate's Degree in a technical field with 2+ years' experience or a four-year degree in a technology field
• 2-3 years of help desk or technical support experience
• Certifications such as Net+, CCENT, CCNA, or CWTS
• Experience with fiber and copper-based technologies
