Tennessee or Georgia Licensed Clinical Pharmacist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Pharmacist (TN or GA License Required).

Key Responsibilities

• Review and interpret patient care notes for prior authorization approvals and care plan recommendations
• Monitor patient adherence and evaluate therapies for side effects, recommending drug therapy changes as needed
• Supervise communication of support personnel and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent advanced degree required
• Must be a licensed Pharmacist in TN or GA
• 1+ years of experience preferred but not required
• Knowledge of complex/chronic disease states and therapies within specialty pharmacy is preferred
• Commitment to obtaining any additional required licensure within an agreed timeframe
